Persistence

In this week's Gospel, a woman persistently begs Jesus to heal her sick daughter. At first Jesus does not respond by healing the daughter, but he eventually does. This is to teach us that we should be persistent in prayer always. Our persistence in prayer to God doesn't annoy Him. It actually shows how much we trust him and how much we have faith in him.
