The readings inform us that it is difficult to follow Jesus, but that faith will save us. Flocks of people will try to enter through the narrow doors of His Kingdom; However only few will be able to. Life is bumpy and hard.
We are challenged to accept the difficulties in life. By this we can be more aware of living the Gospel.
