I truly felt the spirit talking through Fr. Manny today about prayer. He also mentioned technology as being a distraction to your line to God-prayer. Make a special effort this week to just stop and be still on God's presence. Take a walk, look at the clouds moving slowly, just breathe, lose your cell phone on purpose! Enjoy!
